Nature of Services

Load Infotech provides digital services such as website development and design, which are custom and service-based. Because of this, we have specific refund conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if the project has not started or if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment. Refunds may also be considered if significant delays occur from our side and the project has not progressed.

If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days

Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to reach out to us for any billing concerns before raising a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and fairly.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable once a project has begun or once work has been delivered. No refunds will be given in cases where client delays, lack of response, or incomplete inputs affect the progress of the project.
